At a certain point you say
to the woods, to the sea,
to the mountains,
the world,
Now I am ready.
Now I will stop and be wholly attentive.
You empty yourself and wait,
listening...

Is Religious Life still relevant in today's world?                            We passionately believe so...                  Talk to us ...                 There's no time like the present...

“We do not have a vocation crisis:

God never fails to comfort the people!

We have a crisis of spirituality and significance!

We can reverse this:

if our own hearts are aflame,

no effort will be too much!”

Joan Chittister OSB   The Fall of the Temple: A Call to Formation
USIG Bulletin No 118:2002...p38

Our Christian vocation is to holiness

Holiness is about being the best possible person I can be.

Through Baptism, all of us are called by God to become disciples of Jesus, discovering, developing and sharing our gifts and resources with others, as we work together to make a difference in our local and global communities.

As disciples of Jesus, Catholics live out their Baptismal call, their vocation, as married and single people, or as priests, religious sisters or brothers.
